Hi everyone, it’s Michelle. Many of you know my husband Brian — the “Pizza Boss” behind Tamburrino’s Pizzeria. He pours his heart into every single pizza we make, and together we’ve tried to build something special for our community here in Bowling Green.

A few weeks ago, Brian had to undergo surgery to remove part of his foot due to a severe infection. We thought we were on the road to recovery… but the infection came back. It’s now spread into the big toe metatarsal bone, and he’s facing another surgery — his second in just a short time — to remove more of his foot.

He’s been in tremendous pain, and it’s been so hard watching him go through this again. The doctors have him on strong antibiotics and pain meds, but this has been a long, emotional road.

I’ve been trying to hold down the business, be at the hospital, and stay strong for him all at once — but honestly, it’s overwhelming. Tamburrino’s is our dream, our family, and our livelihood, but right now, we’re just doing our best to make it through each day.
